Module M0.3 40 teeth plastic gear, there are nylon and POM two materials, nylon material is beige, two inner diameters, two suitable for 1.5mm shaft , one suitable for 2.0mm shaft.

The nylon gear fit for 1.5mm shaft size
The nylon gear fit for 2.0mm shaft size
There is a small hole on the nylon gear for 1.5mm shaft, it is about 0.95mm
Difference in thickness
The white gear fit for 1.5mm shaft is about 0.15g
The nylon gear fit for 1.5mm shaft is about 0.17g
The nylon gear fit for 2.0mm shaft is about 0.17g
